1. DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO MAKE A PURCHASE?No, on our website you can purchase as a guest, however, there are advantages that make registering a better option.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF REGISTERING?Unlike guest purchases, being registered allows you to track the status of your orders in progress more quickly, have an order history, complete your future purchases faster, and update or modify your data, such as delivery address or billing information, as well as your preferences to receive our newsletter.

3. I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, WHAT SHOULD I DO?To recover your password, you just need to access "My account" and click on "Forgot my password", enter your email address, the one you used to register, and we will remind you of your password by email.

5. HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE MADE MY PURCHASE CORRECTLY?After validating your order, we will send you a confirmation email. If you have done it while being registered, you will be able to track the status in "My account". In any case, we will always keep you informed of the status of your order.

6. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER BY EMAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?Make sure that the email address you provided when validating the order or registering is correct. 8. HOW CAN I PAY?Our payment gateway accepts payments with most credit cards, you can also pay through Paypal, or by bank transfer, remember that the latter involves longer validation times.

9. CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER IN PROGRESS?Once the order is validated and dispatched, it is impossible for us to modify or cancel it. If the order has not been dispatched, there might be a possibility, so we recommend you to contact our customer service as soon as possible.

11. I'M NOT SURE WHAT SIZE I AMMost of the products with sizing we sell in our store are standardized, so you just have to order your usual size. However, all the items have an associated table where you can check the equivalences in centimeters, in the last picture of the product page. You can refer also to the SIZE GUIDE.
